Puritan Moment

“What Must I Do to Be Saved? It is impossible to ask a more weighty Question! It is deplorable that we hear it asked with no more Frequency, with nor more Agony.”

Luther answered the question, "nothing".

There is absolutely nothing that YOU CAN DO.

The Lord Jesus has done it all for you on the cross.

When someone believes that (by the power of the Holy Spirit)...then they have got it.

That was pretty much the conversation that Jesus had with Niccodemus, also.

Amen Steve

Acts 16:30-32

And he brought them out and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”

So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.”

Then they spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all who were in his house.
