Just when you think you have heard it all........
It seems Philip Winikoff, in his own mind, had a great idea one day. He woke up one morning and decided to be a breast examiner. Winikoff, 76 years old, thought it would be a great idea to go door to door offering up his services as a free breast examiner.
Winikoff, with his professional looking black doctor's bag, actually talked a couple different women into the exam. The gullible women provided Winikoff some northern exposure in which he gladly 'examined'. According to the police report, Winikoff wasn't too happy with just examining the mammory glands. It seems as if he thought if these women were willing to let him handle the upstairs furniture they might be willing to let him handle the downstairs as well.
Police were investigating whether other women were tricked into Winikoff's scheme.
Is 'tricked' really the word here? I think the women who lifted thier blouse for this examine fall into a whole different catagory.

As I heard this, I thought that these women ought to be jailed for stupidity, if for no other reason than to keep from hurting themselves.
The first red flag would have been that he was alone, let alone making a housecall. Any woman who has ever went to an OB knows that male doctors normally require a female assistant to be present when examining is taking place. I believe this to be standard practice for all doctors, just to protect themselves from charges of sexual battery or worse. I can sympathize with a woman who went to an OB/GYN, trusting him to be professional, and the guy turns out to be a pervert. He would need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
But this guy was a teenager in a 76 year-old body, but smart enough about how to find gullible women. It was just his viagra talking. I don't know if sexual battery applies here, maybe just impersonating a physician. I do not think taking advantage of dense women is a crime. It happens all the time at bars on Friday and Saturday nights, with or without a medical bag.
Wonder if the "women" were in their 70's too? Eccch! I feel dirty just for thinkin' it.
No, sorry to say that they were in thier 30's.
Maybe they were desperate housewives or something.
